Dungeon Studios - These guys create some of the sweetest sprite-based flash cartoons ever....Release Your Inner Pixel.
ComiXodez - One man's sprite movies, mostly featuring Mario and friends, mixed with Mortal Kombat, Splinter cell, Street Fighter etc...good stuff.
The Spriters Resource - An excellent website with a good amount of ripped, and a lot of custom sprites. If you like to edit/create sprites, this is a good place to check out. Lots of links too.
Revival Eyes - Sweet site with some awesome sprite-based flashes, and some custom sprites and comics too.
Recreational Imaginations - This site has some good music videos featuring Mario sprites and a super-cool ninja series.
DrShnaps Productions - Dr Shnaps has three cool sprite comics, all of which feature Kirby. And he hosts sprite AND drawn comics by 10 other authors too.
The People's Sprites - Another good resource if you are looking for ripped sprites. And an excellent place if you like to create/browse custom sprites.
Nuklear Power - Home of 8-bit Theater, an awesome sprite comic featuring the characters from Final Fantasy 1.
Bob and George, the Comic Strip! - An awesome sprite comic featuring the characters from all the Mega Man games. Also has tons of other, similar sprite comics.

Alice! - A web comic about an extremely imaginative girl and the high jinx that she and her friends get up to.
Blue Crash Kit - A webcomic about three lovers who are also superheros in an alternate reality in which humans never evolved....Justice is Cute!!
